These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 21ph ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 21ph website located at https://21ph.app and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 21ph Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

To access the full features of the 21ph Platform, you must register a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 21ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your 21ph account;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Not share your login credentials with any third party;
• Notify 21ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

21ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

21ph supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 21ph account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 21ph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. 21ph reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method.

Anti-Money Laundering: 21ph is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

Abuse of Bonuses: 21ph reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if we reasonably determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to exploit promotional offers, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

21ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the 21ph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules.

Random Number Generation: All RNG-based games on 21ph use certified random number generators to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, or any other external factor.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during gameplay, 21ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. 21ph shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.

Collusion and Cheating: Any attempt to collude with other players, use unauthorized software, exploit software vulnerabilities, or otherwise cheat on the 21ph Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 21ph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Accessing the Platform using automated bots, scripts, or other non-human means;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 21ph staff;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 21ph Platform without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 21ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform;
• Unauthorized access to your account;
• Any errors or omissions in Platform content.

21ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

21ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination for cause, 21ph may forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Upon termination not for cause, any verified balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

You may close your 21ph account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending transactions and the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

21ph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

21ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 21ph Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
